this place is terrible!!! i was getting yelled at and they did a horrible job. Waste of your money! Experienced some of the worst customer service at this store as the staff members are rude, agressive, dismissive and rough. The woman with blonde highlights at the roots of her hair needs a serious attitude check as she is nothing close to polite and gentle. Whilst she was doing my nails all she did was grumble, make my acrylics uneven and my cuticles bleed. Similarly, it is clear they do not clean their equipment after each client which is very unhygienic and needless to say I will not be going back. My nails hurt and all I want to do is rip them off. Absolutely terrible service by one particular woman today wearing a Levi’s tshirt with blonde in her hair. Obviously does not want to be there/hates her job, very firm grip and she stood up, came around and forcefully grabbed my wrist and shoved my hand into the lamp because it kept turning off. Did not give me an ounce of customer service and was as if I wasn’t even there. I wanted to leave as soon as she had finished the top coat but had to persevere. I was going to voice my concerns however there were 2 young children in the room and a few ladies around me, plus they would have pretended they didn't know what I was saying anyway. I love this place!! I go there every 2 weeks to get my infills, they are friendly and always listen to what I want to get. I used to go somewhere else and was shocked at the poor quality of work! Then I found glamours nails and spa in Fyshwick and refuse to go anywhere else! Highly recommend!!! Read Less

I have trialed several salons over the past few years and was about to give up after yet another horrible salon experience but these ladies have absolutely blown me away ! The worst customer service that I have ever experienced! They have a huge poster outside saying that they do original Shellac. So I went in and asked to see the colors. The receptionist rolled her eyes and very reluctantly started digging in her color chart basket. At the same time she started talking to her colleague in their language (both of them Asian, not sure exactly which country). They were obviously talking about me, as they were looking at me and smirking in a very annoyed way. They did not care that I was standing right in front of them. That was very rude and unprofessional. So when the receptionist finally found the Shellac colours they only had about 10 from 150 and nothing that cought my eye. So I said 'no thank you' and the receptionist pulled the color chart out of my hand so hard that she almost hurt my hand! I don't even care about false advertising, but the attitude was horrific! The receptionist was acting so irritated and rude like I took all her time for nothing, while there was only one customer in the salon. I still dont understand what was her problem. Absolutely horrendous. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and double/triple checked that they knew what they were doing. They assured me that they did. Needless to say they did not deliver.
