Love going to this lovely salon every fortnight for my SNS. I have been having my nails done by Trish ( the salon owner) for over 3 yrs and she is truly fantastic! She always listen and has introduced me to the most amazing products to use! Had so many comments saying how amazing my nails look! I would defiantly recommend Vivid Nails to all my friends! The worst experience i asked twice if they could do ombre sns it looked like a french manicure gone wrong the white was all over the place looked nothing like the pic i showed them that she said she could do and obviously couldnt my nails are shaped all different lengths. And you can see how uneven the sns os on my nails how embrassing i had to repaint them to hide the hideous job that was done. Everyone that saw my nails couldnt believe i paid $63 for such a bad job. They called and asked to push my appointment earlier, meaning my mother couldn't make it, because of a booking that was made after mine. I felt like I was annoying them to be there. After less than a week my Shellac is beginning to come off, with patches of nail showing through. 2 of the women left at 6.15 and turned off most of the lights leaving the last lady to finish their work with my friend and I.
