Terrible customer service. Lady (Aeyun) who did my nails was without any manners at all, she looked angry the whole time while serving me. Did not look at me even once even when I spoke to her. She also was pretty rough with my hands, flicking the fingers as she completed them as if she was throwing them somewhere. Finished them as fast as possible, and it was not a professional job at all. Worst shellac ive ever had. Firstly my pinky didnt set and ended up staying sticky for over an hour, which eventually ruined. I got my nails done on "Friday" and by today "Monday" they are already all chipped. I dont work with my hands too much so this is unusual and due to bad service. Worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I wish that I had read the reviews online before going there. I was waiting for over 45 min and the only thing they did during that time was soak my nails in nail polish remover. They try and squeeze as many customers as they can at the expense of providing a good customer service. I politely said to them that I can no longer have my nails done as I am out of time and that next time they should advise people if there is insufficient time to get their nails done instead of keeping them waiting and rushing people through. The lady then rudely dismissed this and waved her hand as if to shoo me out the door. Please re-think your customer service and the approapriate behaviour to ensure people come back!! Read Less

The worst experience ever. Overpriced for the crappy quality and an awful atmosphere of fighting staff who force you to pay when they want you to pay. Very pushy, rough and overall rude. Will never visit again and would suggest no one else puts them self in this position. Read Less
