Unable to remove shellac. Gave me the wrong colour, painted my toes not my toenails, & incredibly uncomfortable chairs designed for short legs. Overcharged for awful service.

Took way too long, did not do shape and thickness as i asked for each, nail looks different. Result of end product is awful.
Other that the nails the girls seemed lovely.
Not enough for me to return.

This experience is a reminder to stick to your regular nail technician and do not try someone new even if you are desperate

Omg, pedicure is not bad. After pedicure, the young girl put the color that I chose and she didn't want to wait put every two coat plus top coat straight away, the color is not even so I asked her to redo and she did it with lumpy on my nail. I showed her and she said after top coat, it will be ok. I said I don't think so. She was not happy with it. I'm the customer. So another gal jump in, they blame on the color, asked me to choose another colour. Terrible...
Not many to choose the color though..

Nails didn't last 2 days, they painted half my finger as well as the nail... Colour was perfect but perfection applying nail polish was very much absent!!

Ive been going to Gossip Nails for 5 years now. I can walk in and show the ladies a picture of new styles or ask if they can do special techniques and they have never let me down! They are awesome!

By far the best nail place I have been to! I've been hearing great things and decided to give them a go. I got zero cuts from the electric file and the guy doing my nails was very thorough, friendly and actually spoke unlike a lot of other places. The staff were all lovely and my nails turned out very good, no pain or problems at all :)

Got my nails done today, asked for skulls, she was like show me a picture and I did and got exactly what I wanted!! I love getting my nails done!!! I Get my nails done every 2 weeks and wouldn't go anywhere else now. The nail techs are amazing from the service to my crazy design ideas. Love Ya's

The manicurist botched my gel manicure and pedicure. Nails started breaking from soaking my fingers in acetone too long instead of using wraps. Also got slight burns on my knuckles from the UV lamp being left on too long. Had to then go to another nail salon (Golden nail salon) to fix the issues caused by this manicurist. Can't speak for the others working there but the girl I got was by far the worst in terms of skill, patience and gentleness.

By far the best nail place I have been to! I've been hearing great things and decided to give them a go. I got zero cuts from the electric file and the guy doing my nails was very thorough, friendly and actually spoke unlike a lot of other places. The staff were all lovely and my nails turned out very good, no pain or problems at all :)

The manicurist botched my gel manicure and pedicure. Nails started breaking from soaking my fingers in acetone too long instead of using wraps. Also got slight burns on my knuckles from the UV lamp being left on too long. Had to then go to another nail salon (Golden nail salon) to fix the issues caused by this manicurist. Can't speak for the others working there but the girl I got was by far the worst in terms of skill, patience and gentleness.
