Google should consider adding negative star because if they did i will give this place -5 stars. Service was meager, the staff who did my spa/pedicure was nice enough but the other staff ( or maybe she's the owner based on how she acts) was so rude!! Her face says it all. Just plain rude. She has this "resting b*tch face" but you can also tell she's not pleased by the way she talks even though i cant understand what she was saying as she talks in her languange. She was basically making us feel bad by just being there paying for their service. For the record,we havent done anything wrong. I specifically asked for spa/pedicure for 2 (me and hubby). And i was nice, absolutely no provocation.

If I could give them minus stars, I would. Asked for Christmas detail but he decided he instead would do another ladies nails at the same time as mine. Didn't do the acrylic far enough down, not to me...
If I could give them minus stars, I would. Asked for Christmas detail but he decided he instead would do another ladies nails at the same time as mine. Didn't do the acrylic far enough down, not to mention he didn't even push down my cuticles. Speaks little to no English and refuse to give out receipts, only cash venue. Very dodgy, only use products that have mandarin writing, nothing up to standard. Avoid at all costs

Never visit this place. Had acrylic nails and shellac toenails for a friends wedding. No filing down, cut crooked, dint in nails, Toenails had shellac all over the skin and poorly shaped. Staff were rude when they cut the brides nails to short and shellac was applied very poorly. When trying to resolve the issue the staff members refused to redo or apologise. They walked away when trying to talk to them about our concern. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Such sloppy work. Shellac poorly applied and not left to cure long enough - see attached taken 10min after I left the salon. Also, the woman was very rough with her tools, causing one of my cuticles to bleed and it now looks like it is infected. Avoid them at all costs.

Don't waste your money going to this place in Westfields Belconnen shopping centre. I asked for a manicure with shellac nails and all I got was very bad service from the women working there. They spoke soo rudely to all the customers in the salon like they really didn't want to be working there. The nail polish looked like it had been watered down when applied to my nails. The hand cream they used smelled disgusting and had lumps in it and the hand cream bottle was covered in some kind of brown grime. I couldn't wait to get out and wash it off my hands. Very dirty place which I will never go back to.

Google should consider adding negative star because if they did i will give this place -5 stars. Service was meager, the staff who did my spa/pedicure was nice enough but the other staff ( or maybe she's the owner based on how she acts) was so rude!! Her face says it all. Just plain rude.
